History and Origins
The inspiration for the KNF Farm came from my first trip to Korea in 2009 when I saw what was going on and how much promise Korean Natural Farming has for the world! My dad and I thought, “This is what we need to do in Hawaii”, and ever since then it has been my sole focus to create a world class learning center for folks to take Korean Natural Farming to the world.
Our goal is to replicate the working systems we witnessed, and allow folks from all over the world to immerse themselves in Korean Natural Farming right here in the Western World in the English Language. No need to travel to Korea and try to grasp at the concepts through a translator, but to give folks a life changing experience that will make it easy to integrate all these wonderful solutions into their life, and bring that prosperity into their hearts.
Since 2007, my family and I have been working to build a self-sufficient, resilient farm that is 100% off-grid, nearly food-sovereign, and a shining example of what anyone can do with Korean Natural Farming.
Accommodations and Lodging
From 2012-2018 we invested in building a world-class place for students to stay with us. We have 3 private cottages that share a large fully functional kitchen and gathering space all overlooking a breathtaking 180 view of the Pacific Ocean. Each cottage has it’s own private bathroom and hot shower, so you can relax after a full day of immersing yourself in our educational program.
